1. A medical device comprising a supporting structure and the therapeutic substance or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof and at least one other therapeutic substance selected from the group consisting of anti-proliferative agents, anti-platelet agents, anti-inflammatory agents, anti-thrombotic agents, thrombolytic agents, cytotoxic drugs, agents that inhibit cytokine or chemokine binding, cell de-differentiation inhibitors, anti-lipaedemic agents, matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors, and cytostatic drugs.
