| 1. An ink cartridge, comprising:
a front wall, a rear wall, a top wall, a bottom wall, and a first side wall having an opening, and a second side wall, together
defining an interior, at least part of the front wall and part of the first side wall lying in intersecting planes, the interior
including a plurality of ink reservoirs and a waste ink storage section, and a recess, the recess communicating with the opening
in the first side wall, the recess having an inner surface;
a projection protruding outward from the first side wall, the projection including a pressing surface lying in a plane that
is approximately parallel to the front wall, the pressing surface leading to the recess;
wherein the front wall has a plurality of ink supply openings, each said ink supply opening communicating with an associated
said ink reservoir, and a waste ink inlet opening communicating with the waste ink storage section.
