| 1. A wastewater ballast system, comprising:
a treatment unit for treating said wastewater to meet predetermined standards;
a wastewater ballast tank for storing said wastewater;
a wastewater ballast discharge unit for discharging said wastewater from said wastewater ballast tank; and
a control system for controlling the operation of at least one of said treatment unit, said ballast tank, and/or said discharge
unit.
