| 1. An apparatus, comprising:
a desiccant chamber disposed between a pair of spaced apart substrates, the desiccant chamber having a desiccant disposed
therein;
each substrate comprising:
one or more electronic devices coupled to an outside surface thereof;
a cover coupled to the outside surface and housing the one or more electronic devices; and
a passageway extending from the outside surface at a location within the cover to the desiccant chamber.
