| 1. A bathtub comprising:
a bath well defined by side walls and a bottom portion, said bottom portion including a recessed area extending below and
surrounded by said bottom portion;
a drain located within the recessed area;
a channel located above said bottom portion and extending substantially around said bath well, said channel disposed outside
of said bath well;
a channel extension arranged between said channel and the recessed area such that said channel is in communication with the
recessed area; and
a plurality of first apertures in said bath well, at least some of said first apertures extending into said channel.
