| 1. A rechargeable lithium battery comprising:
a positive electrode;
a negative electrode; and
an electrolyte comprising an electrolytic organic solution comprising a polyacrylate compound present in an amount ranging
from about 0.001 to about 5 wt %,
wherein the surface of the negative electrode is coated with an organic layer of the polyacrylate compound during charge of
the battery and the polyacrylate compound includes six acrylic groups.
