1. A communication apparatus comprising:
a transmitter, which, in operation, transmits, to a terminal, first downlink control information associated with a first uplink signal for a first transmission time interval of a first radio access technology (RAT) and second downlink control information associated with a second uplink signal for a second transmission time interval of a second RAT, the first transmission time interval being one subframe, the second transmission time interval being shorter than one subframe, the first RAT being a long term evolution (LTE), and the second RAT being a new RAT; and
a receiver, which, in operation, receives, from the terminal, the first uplink signal with a first transmission power in the first transmission time interval and the second uplink signal with a second transmission power in the second transmission time interval, the first transmission power and the second transmission power being determined by reserving the first transmission power.
