1. A sealing arrangement comprising:
a pair of nasal prongs, each nasal prong configured to engage a nare of a patient and comprising:
a main body comprising a first end, a second end, and a wall extending between the first end and the second end, the wall comprising a skin of material;
a helical spring comprising a plurality of coils, the helical spring encased within the wall such that the skin of material spans between adjacent coils of the plurality of coils to form an at least partially enclosed chamber;
a sealing surface disposed at the second end of the main body, the sealing surface configured to engage with the nare of the patient; and
an outlet disposed at the sealing surface, the outlet configured to direct pressurized air into an air path within the nare of the patient;
wherein the helical spring is configured to bias the sealing surface toward the nare of the patient.

5. A sealing arrangement comprising:
a pair of nasal prongs, each nasal prong configured to engage a nare of a patient and comprising:
a main body comprising a first end, a second end, and a wall extending between the first end and the second end;
a helical spring disposed within and fully covered by the wall;
a sealing surface disposed at the second end of the main body, the sealing surface configured to engage with the nare of the patient; and
an outlet disposed at the sealing surface, the outlet configured to direct pressurized air into an air path within the nare of the patient;
wherein the helical spring is configured to bias the sealing surface toward the nare of the patient;
wherein the helical spring is encased in the wall.

12. A sealing arrangement comprising:
a pair of nasal prongs configured to sealingly engage with the nares of a patient, each nasal prong comprising:
a main body comprising a first end and a second end, and a wall structure having a spring, wherein the wall structure is configured to compress in length in conjunction with the spring;
a sealing surface located at the second end, wherein the sealing surface is configured to engage with the nare of the patient, and
an outlet that is centrally located within the sealing surface, the outlet configured to provide a path through which pressurized air passes to an air path of the patient, wherein the sealing surface is tapered to the outlet;
wherein the spring is configured to bias the sealing surface toward the nare of the patient.
