1. A mobile infectious disease clinic comprising:
a first compartment that a test subject is able to enter;
a second compartment that a healthcare provider, who performs testing for an infectious disease on the test subject, is able to enter, the first compartment and the second compartment partially or entirely sharing a transparent wall to block a spread of the infectious disease between the first compartment and the second compartment;
one or more openings which are disposed in the transparent wall and through which a hand of the healthcare provider is able to pass;
a negative pressure device which is configured to adjust a first air pressure in the first compartment to be lower than a second air pressure outside the mobile infectious disease clinic to cause a first air outside the mobile infectious disease clinic to enter the first compartment, and wherein the negative pressure device is further configured to filter a second air inside the first compartment and then discharge the filtered second air to an outside of the mobile infectious disease clinic;
a thermal imaging camera which is configured to measure a body temperature of the test subject in the first compartment;
a first UV-C lamp which is configured to radiate a first light of a wavelength in a range of 100 nm to 280 nm toward an inside of the first compartment in order to perform sterilization in the first compartment,
wherein the first UV-C lamp is further configured to adjust a first radiation intensity of the first light of the first UV-C lamp to be increased as a difference between the body temperature of the test subject and a set normal body temperature increases;
a first airflow measurement device configured to measure a first direction or a first velocity of a first airflow in the first compartment that is caused by the negative pressure device,
wherein the first airflow measurement device includes a first display, and
wherein the first display is configured to display the measured first direction or the measured first velocity of the first airflow in the first compartment,
wherein the first display is further configured to display abnormal operation of the negative pressure device in a case where the measured first direction of the first airflow in the first compartment is different from a first set direction or the measured first velocity of the first airflow in the first compartment is below a first set normal velocity range,
wherein the first UV-C lamp is further configured to adjust the first radiation intensity of the first light of the first UV-C lamp to be higher than a second set radiation intensity in response to the abnormal operation of the negative pressure device;
a second UV-C lamp which is configured to radiate a second light of a wavelength in a range of 100 nm to 280 nm toward an inside of the second compartment in order to perform sterilization in the second compartment;
a positive pressure device which is configured to adjust a third air pressure in the second compartment to be higher than the second air pressure outside the mobile infectious disease clinic to cause a third air inside the second compartment to be discharged to the outside of the mobile infectious disease clinic, and wherein the positive pressure device is further configured to filter a fourth air outside the mobile infectious disease clinic and then introduce the filtered fourth air into the second compartment; and
a second airflow measurement device configured to measure a second direction or a second velocity of a second airflow in the second compartment that is caused by the positive pressure device,
wherein the second airflow measurement device includes a second display, and the second display is configured to display the measured second direction or the measured second velocity of the second airflow in the second compartment,
wherein, in a case where the measured second direction of the second airflow in the second compartment is different from a second set direction or the measured second velocity of the second airflow in the second compartment is below a second set normal velocity range, the second display is further configured to display abnormal operation of the positive pressure device, and the second UV-C lamp is further configured to adjust a third radiation intensity of the second light of the second UV-C lamp to be increased to be higher than a fourth set radiation intensity in response to the abnormal operation of the positive pressure device.
