A pepper plant of pepper hybrid SVPS7311, wherein said plant comprises a first set of chromosomes and a second set of chromosomes, wherein said first set of chromosomes is a set of the chromosomes of pepper line SMOE713-T152 and said second set of chromosomes is a set of the chromosomes of pepper line SMO-E719-1077V, a sample of seed of said lines having been deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202206019 and NCMA Accession No. 202206021, respectively.
