1. A formulation consisting essentially of:
   
  Vitamin A (palmitate) 5,000 I.U.
  Beta-carotene (from natural D. salina) 15 mg
  Vitamin D-3 (cholecalciferol) 400 I.U.
  Natural soucre Vitamin E
  (d-alpha tocopherol) 100 I.U.
  (d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate) 100 I.U.
  Buffered Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 500 mg
  Thiamine mononitrate 4 mg
  Riboflavin 5 mg
  Niacinamide ascorbate 30 mg
  d-calcium pantothenate 10 mg
  Pyridoxine hydrochloride 5 mg
  Cyanocobalamin 10 μg
  Folic Acid (Folacin) 800 μg
  D-Biotin 200 μg
  Selenium (1-seleno-methionine) 100 μg
  Chromium picolinate 50 μg
  Zinc glycinate 15 mg
  Calcium citrate 250 mg
  Magnesium citrate 125 mg
   
and a booster formulation selected from a group consisting essentially of 1000 mg of vitamin C, 400 international units of d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate, 200 international units of alpha tocopherol, 500 mg of N-acetyl cysteine, 50 mg of beta-carotene, and 100 mg of alpha lipoic acid, wherein said formulation is designed to reduce the risk in humans exposed to ionizing radiation of becoming subjected to at least one condition selected from the group consisting essentially of radiation-induced acute leukemia, breast cancer, and thyroid cancer.
