1. A compound of Formula X

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein
ring A is a 6-membered aryl or heteroaryl ring, which is optionally substituted;
ring B is a 6-membered aryl or heteroaryl ring, which is optionally substituted;
wherein the hash lines represent ring A fused to W3 and the carbon atom between W3 and N and ring B fused to W6 and the carbon atom between N and W6;
W1, W2, W3, W4, W5, and W6 are independently selected from CR1 or N;
Z is selected from CRZ or N;
Y is selected from a group consisting of B(R2)2, Al(R2)2, Si(R2)2, and Ge(R2)2; wherein
RZ and each R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen or a substituent selected from the group consisting of deuterium, halogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, arylalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, acyl, carboxylic acid, ether, ester, nitrile, isonitrile, sulfanyl, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, phosphino, and combinations thereof, or optionally, two R2 join to form a cycloalkyl or heterocyclic ring;
wherein optionally, R1 can join with RZ to form a five-membered or six-membered, carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring, which is optionally substituted;
with the proviso that at least one of the following conditions (i) to (ii) is true:
(i) at least one of ring A or ring B is a 6-membered heteroaryl ring; and
(ii) the compound is represented by one of the following structures:

wherein R7 and R8 are each R2; and
each R6 is selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkyl and C1-C6 alkoxy; and
with the proviso that when Y is B(R2)2 and each R2 is F, then:
ring A is not substituted with an aryl group;
ring B is not substituted with an aryl group; and
R1 does not represent aryl.
