1. An electronic device comprising:
an eye tracker;
a depth sensor including a stereo camera and configured to obtain depth information by using a stereo image (SI) method; and
one or more processors configured to:
obtain, by using the stereo camera of the depth sensor, images of at least one object in real world,
obtain, by using the eye tracker, a direction of a left eye of a user of the electronic device and a direction of a right eye of the user,
obtain two-dimensional (2D) location of a gaze point based on the direction of the left eye of the user and the direction of the right eye of the user,
determine a predetermined area of the images as a region of interest (ROI) based on the 2D location of the gaze point, and
obtain, by using the depth sensor, depth information of the at least one object in the ROI.
