1. A silicone-organic copolymer having the formula:

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein each Y comprises an independently selected organic moiety selected from polycarbonate moieties, polyester moieties, and polyacrylate moieties;
wherein each X is independently a silicone moiety having formula -D1-SiR1a(OR)3−a; where each D1 is an independently selected divalent group; each R1 is an independently selected substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbyl group having from 1 to 18 carbon atoms; each R is an independently selected alkyl group having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms; and each subscript a is independently selected from 0 to 2;
wherein each subscript d is from 1 to 1000;
wherein subscript c is from 1 to 150; and
wherein each A is independently selected from a covalent bond, -D2-O—C(═O)—NH—, -D2-NH—C(═O)—NH—, -D2-NR2—CH2CH2C(═O)O—, and -D2-OC(═O)—CH2CH2NR2—, where D2 is a divalent group and R2 is H or R1, where R1 is defined above.
