1. A phenoxy resin represented by Formula (1) below and having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 200,000:

where, X's each independently represent a divalent group having an aromatic ring structure and/or an aliphatic ring structure, and at least two of X are a group represented by Formula (2) below and a group represented by Formula (3) below; Y's each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a glycidyl group; and n is the number of repetitions and an average value thereof is 25 to 500;

where, Ar1 and Ar2 each independently represent an aromatic ring group composed of a benzene ring or a naphthalene ring, and these aromatic rings may have an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 11 carbon atoms, an aralkyl group having 7 to 12 carbon atoms, an aryloxy group having 6 to 11 carbon atoms, or an aralkyloxy group having 7 to 12 carbon atoms as a substituent; R1's each independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 11 carbon atoms, an aralkyl group having 7 to 12 carbon atoms, an aryloxy group having 6 to 11 carbon atoms, or an aralkyloxy group having 7 to 12 carbon atoms; and j is an integer of 0 to 10.
