1. A recording method comprising:
feeding a recording medium from a rolled medium holder,
transferring the fed recording medium to a recording unit, the recording unit includes a recording head and a medium-supporting unit,
a first drying step of evaporating ink adhering on the recording medium, the ink being ejected from the recording head onto a surface of the recording medium, wherein a back side of the recording medium is supported on the medium-supporting unit which faces the recording head, and
a second drying step of drying the recording medium, which has been subjected to the first drying step, at a downstream side of the medium-supporting unit in a feeding direction of the recording medium;
wherein the ink at least contains:
(1) a colorant;
(2) a resin;
(3) at least one organic solvent having a boiling point of 100° C. or more and 250° C. or less;
(4) a surfactant; and
(5) water;
wherein the recording medium is a rolled recording medium being fed from the rolled medium holder and is a plastic film that has no ink absorbing property.
