1. A method of additively manufacturing a composite structure, comprising:
advancing a liquid matrix toward a continuous reinforcement inside of a print head based on a feedforward command from a controller;
coating the continuous reinforcement with the liquid matrix inside the print head;
discharging a material including the continuous reinforcement at least partially coated in the liquid matrix from the print head;
moving the print head while discharging the material;
using a sensor inside the print head to generate a signal indicative of an amount of the liquid matrix coating the continuous reinforcement;
and
selectively causing the controller to adjust the feedforward command based on the signal.
