1. A delivery catheter assembly, comprising:
a stabilizer comprising:
a radially expandable structure extending from a proximal end to an opposing distal end along a longitudinal axis thereof, the distal end defining a distal edge and wherein the proximal end is secured to a stabilizer catheter;
an attachment member arranged to extend distally away from a point along the distal edge of the expandable structure; and
a retractable catheter sheath moveable along the longitudinal axis of the expandable structure to extend the expandable structure between a compressed configuration and an expanded configuration; and
a delivery catheter comprising a connector on a surface thereof, wherein the connector of the delivery catheter is coupleable to the attachment member of the stabilizer.
