1. Steam-flaked transgenic corn grain from a transgenic corn plant or corn plant part, wherein the transgenic corn plant or corn plant part comprises corn event 3272, wherein the transgenic corn grain comprises a recombinant α-amylase expressed in the kernels of the transgenic corn plant or corn plant part, and wherein the recombinant α-amylase comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 99% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1.
