1. A composition comprising a water-soluble poly(oxazoline) compound and organic polymer particles, wherein the organic polymer particles comprise a polyester; a mean diameter D50 of the organic polymer particles is less than 10 μm; and the water-soluble poly(oxazoline) compound is not covalently bonded to the polymeric particles.
