1. An electric wire joint structure comprising:
insulator-coated wires, each having an insulator coated portion, and a portion where an insulator coating is removed to expose a conductor; wherein
exposed portions of the conductors are opposed to each other and form joining faces;
said joining face of each respective insulator-coated wire is flush with a surface of the insulator coating of that respective insulator-coated wire; and
the joining faces are metallurgically joined to form a joined face portion.
