| 2. A device comprising:
a biconical sleeve having an aperture, the aperture having a first portion and a second portion, the first portion of the
aperture of the biconical sleeve having a shape complementary to a surface of a biconical housing;
a ferrule slidably mounted in the second portion of the aperture of the biconical sleeve, and wherein the ferrule has a substantially
cylindrical shape;
a spring seat; and
a spring, and wherein the ferrule is mounted to the spring seat, and wherein the spring is interposed between the spring seat
and the biconical sleeve so that the spring contacts the spring seat and the biconical sleeve, and wherein the second portion
of the aperture of the biconical sleeve has a shape complementary to the substantially cylindrical shape of the ferrule.
