| 1. A test bed for performing aerodynamic measurements on an object, comprising:
a weighing plate operatively configured to support a weight of the object;
a bearing device on which the weighing plate is mounted relative to a stationary environment;
wherein the bearing device comprises at least one magnetic bearing including at least one magnetic coil and a current source,
the current source being operatively coupled to provide electric current through the magnetic coil; and
an evaluating device for determining a change in the electric current through the magnetic coil and evaluating a change in
forces acting on the weighing plate as a function of the determined change in current through the magnetic coil.
