| 1. A curable composition comprising:
(A) an organic polymer having a silicon-containing group capable of crosslinking by siloxane bond formation, which polymer
is a polyoxyalkylene polymer and/or a (meth)acrylate polymer,
(B) a titanium chelate represented by the following general formula (1) or (2), and
(C) a photostabilizer, wherein a main component of the photostabilizer (C) is a photostabilizer (C-1) having no benzotriazole ringGeneral formula (1):
