1. A powder composition comprising a powder and a silicone of formula (1)
R1aR2bR3cSiO(4−a−b−c)/2  (1)
wherein
R1 are, each independently, an alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or fluorinated alkyl group having 1-30 carbon atoms,
R2 is a group having one or more alcoholic hydroxy groups,
R3 is of formula (2)

R4 is oxygen,
R5 are, each independently, an alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or fluorinated alkyl group having 1-30 carbon atoms or a hydroxyl group, and
1.0 ≤a ≤2.5,
0.001≤b≤1,
0.001≤c≤1,
d is an integer of 0≤d≤500, and
1.5≤a+b+c≤2.6.
