| 1. An electrically conducting resin composition for a fuel cell separator consisting essentially of:
component (A) a polypropylene resin whose melt flow rate is from 0.01 to 10 as a component A;
component (B) an electrically conducting filler consisting essentially of a carbonaceous material containing boron; and
component (C) an additive.
