| 1. A thermal management system, comprising:
a first heat spreader comprising a heat pipe;
a plurality of fins disposed on said first heat spreader;
a synthetic jet actuator which is centrally disposed with respect to said plurality of fins and which is adapted to direct
a synthetic jet between adjacent ones of said plurality of fins; and
a second heat spreader disposed about the exterior of said synthetic jet actuator.
