| 1. An isolated nucleic acid sequence comprising a polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of
a) an isolated polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 7;
b) an isolated polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide having at least 90% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:7 and having lecithin:cholesterol
acyltransferase-like activity;
c) an isolated polynucleotide having at least 95% sequence identity with SEQ ID NO: 6 and encoding a polypeptide having lecithin:cholesterol
acyltransferase-like activity; and
d) an isolated polynucleotide complementary to a polynucleotide of (a), (b) or (c); and wherein the coding sequence is operably linked to a heterologous regulatory sequence functional in plants.
