| 1. A housing for an electrical plug, comprising:
a plug tip;
a cable receiving area adapted to receive a cable;
a partition wall between the plug tip and the cable receiving area;
a partition opening in the partition wall extending between the plug tip and the cable receiving area and adapted to receive
an inner conductor element that is electrically connected to a cable inner conductor of the cable; and
a gap opening in the partition wall extending between the cable receiving area and the plug tip, the gap opening being adapted
to receive a shield contact element such that it extends from the cable receiving area into the plug tip, to form an electrical
connection between a shield of the cable in the cable receiving area, and a shield contact element in the plug tip.
