1. A timing adjustment method comprising:
delaying by a delay circuit a first data signal relative to a clock signal by a first aggregate amount of time delay; and
dynamically controlling by a control circuit the first aggregate amount of time delay applied by said delaying based, at least in part, on whether an amount of time between a reference point of the first data signal and a selected edge of the clock signal is smaller than a desired threshold.
