1. A compound having Formula (IIa) or a stereoisomer, tautomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,

L2 is —(CH2)nC(O)NH— or —(CH2)nNHC(O)—;
n is 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4;
R6 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted alkynyl,
cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl, substituted
heteroaryl, heterocyclic, and substituted heterocyclic;
R7 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, amino, substituted amino, halo, cyano, alkoxy, alkyl, substituted alkyl,
nitro, substituted alkoxy, aryl, substituted aryl, substituted aryloxy, cycloalkyl, heterocyclic, substituted heterocyclic,
hydroxyl, aminocarbonyl, substituted alkylthio, substituted sulfonyl, aminocarbonyl, aminocarbonylamino, and aminocarbonyloxy;
R5 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halo, alkyl, and substituted alkyl;
R1 is selected from the group consisting of amino, substituted amino, alkyl, arylalkyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, aryl,
substituted aryl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, alkoxy, aryloxy, arylalkoxy, —OR1a, and —OCH2R1a; and
R1a is selected from the group consisting of cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, heterocyclic, substituted heterocyclic, aryl,
substituted aryl, heteroaryl, and substituted heteroaryl.
