| 1. An electrolyte for a lithium ion secondary battery comprising:
a non-aqueous organic solvent;
a lithium salt; and
difluoro oxalato borate (DFOB) represented by a chemical formula 1 below and fluoro ethylene carbonate (FEC) as additives,
where the amount of the difluoro oxalato borate is 0.1 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total electrolyte
and the amount of the fluoro ethylene carbonate is 0.1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total electrolyte:
