| 1. An exercise bicycle comprising:
a frame; a means for storing rotational energy supported by the frame, the means for storing rotational energy comprising
a flywheel;
a means for driving the means for storing rotational energy; and
a means for releasably coupling the means for driving the means for storing rotational energy to the means for storing rotational
energy in either one of forward and rearward directions, the means for releasably coupling including a slave sprocket to be
coupled to the means for driving in a direct-drive relationship, the slave sprocket circumferentially mounted in engagement
with a one way bearing circumferentially mounted on an axle housing of the flywheel.
