| 1. A seatbelt for a child seat, comprising:
a clasp for coupling and decoupling the seatbelt;
a retainer secured to the seatbelt and operable to secure the seatbelt to the child seat;
an adjustment device affixedly secured to the retainer with a strap and operable to adjust seatbelt length; and
a belt secured to the retainer and slidably coupled to a portion of the clasp and being slidably threaded through the adjustment
device.
