| 1. A device for measuring spatial dimensions of door gap openings, and for determining compliance with a plurality of building
codes, which set forth the standards for such spatial dimensions, comprising:
a block of material; and
said block of material having a planar reference base and a plurality of planar measuring surfaces parallel to said reference
base at different distances from said reference base;
wherein at least one of said measuring surfaces extends beyond a projected area of said reference base.
