1. A device, comprising:
a first voltage domain designed to be operated at a first voltage;
a second voltage domain designed to be operated at a second voltage;
an isolation barrier separating the first and second voltage domains; and
a scratch detection circuit comprising a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein a distance between the first electrode and the second electrode is less than 2 μm,
wherein the first electrode has a number of first partial electrodes, wherein a first number is greater than or equal to one, wherein the second electrode has a number of second partial electrodes, and wherein a first partial electrode and a second partial electrode are arranged in a same metal layer, and
wherein the first voltage domain and the second voltage domain are coupled by way of a coreless transformer, and wherein the first and second partial electrodes are arranged in a respective same metal layer as coils of the coreless transformer.
