1. A system, comprising:
at least one display device positioned inside a building; and
a computing device configured to:
receive a first input from an electronic device associated with a user, wherein the first input is indicative of a request to schedule a meeting in one of one or more rooms;
determine an absolute position of the electronic device within the building based on communications between the electronic device and one or more navigation devices of the building;
identify at least one of the one or more rooms located within a first threshold distance of the absolute position and listed as being currently available;
generate an alert for presentation via the electronic device, wherein the alert is indicative of the at least one of the one or more rooms;
receive a second input indicative of a selection of a first room of the at least one of the one or more rooms;
generate a list of directions between the absolute position and the first room; and
transmit a first signal configured to cause a first display device of a plurality of display devices to display a first portion of the list of directions and user identification information associated with the user in response to determining that the absolute position is within the first threshold distance of the first display device based on a beacon signal sent from a beacon device co-located with the first display device, wherein each of the plurality of display devices is positioned in different locations with respect to the building;
transmit a second signal configured to cause a second display device of the plurality of display devices to display a second portion of the list of directions and the user identification information in response to determining that the absolute position is within a second threshold distance of the second display device, wherein the second portion of the list of directions is different from the first portion.
