1. A minimally invasive neutron beam generating device, comprising:
a proton accelerator connected to a first channel;
a target located at one end of the first channel; and
a neutron moderator covering the end of the first channel so that the target is embedded in the neutron moderator, wherein the neutron moderator comprises an accommodating element for accommodating a moderating substance, the accommodating element is retractable, and the neutron moderator is able to be placed in a body of a patient.
