| 1. A corona charging device comprising:
a housing;
at least one corona generating electrode; and
a porous coating covering at least a portion of the housing, the coating comprising a primer Layer and a latex layer, wherein
the latex layer comprises an electrically conductive latex material having at least one phenolic antioxidant dispersed therein.
