| 1. A tapered fiber optic distribution cable, comprising:
a plurality of drop cables bundled together; and
a breakout point located along the tapered fiber optic distribution cable,
wherein one of the drop cables has a first length shorter than a second length of the tapered fiber optic distribution cable
and has an end terminating at the breakout point,
wherein exteriors of at least two of said plurality of drop cables are in direct contact.
