| 1. An EMI shield for disposition relative to an air inlet opening through a surface of an electronics enclosure, comprising:
an end surface; and
a sidewall attached to the end surface, said sidewall forming a closed geometric shape and having an open end adapted for
interconnection about a periphery of said air inlet opening of said electronics enclosure, said sidewall including a plurality
of EMI attenuating apertures extending through said sidewall, wherein a maximum cross dimension of said EMI attenuating apertures
is no greater than 5 mm, wherein a combined area of said EMI attenuating apertures is greater than an area of said open end;
and
a baffle disposed on an outside surface of the sidewall for deflecting at least a portion of airflow passing through said
plurality of EMI attenuating apertures.
