| 1. A receiver for acquiring a radio frequency (RF) signal, comprising:
an analog to digital converter (ADC) for digitalizing an intermediate frequency (IF) signal based upon said RF signal to a
digital magnitude signal having a first and second state and generating a control signal based upon a counted percentage of
said digital magnitude signal of being said first state.
