| 1. An isolated protease of peptidase family S2A and/or peptidase family S1E, selected from the group consisting of:
(a) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence which has a degree of identity of at least 90% to amino acids 1-188 of
SEQ ID NO: 6 and/or amino acids 1-188 of SEQ ID NO: 8; and
(b) a fragment of amino acids 1-188 of SEQ ID NO: 6 or 8 which has protease activity.
