| 1. A preform comprising:
a neck portion; and
a body portion having a wall portion and an end cap, the body portion comprising a first layer and a second layer, the second
layer comprising a partially expanded expandable material, wherein the second layer is the outermost layer of the preform
wherein the expandable material comprises microspheres that enlarge during heat treatment.
