1. A color ink jet recording cartridge and a black ink jet recording cartridge having a lid, the lid commonly used in the black cartridge and the color cartridge,
wherein the black cartridge has an ink jet recording head, a case, a lid covering an opening of the case, an absorber configured to contain black ink in the case, and an ink introducing section configured to introduce black ink contained in the absorber and in which an area where the ink introducing section contacts the absorber in the case is disposed and is constructed to be lower than the other areas in a perpendicular direction with a step,
wherein the color cartridge has an ink jet recording head, a case, a lid covering an opening of the case, an inner wall in which a horizontal section configured to divide the inside of the case into three chambers in a perpendicular direction is T-shaped, absorbers for containing color ink in each chamber, and ink introducing sections being disposed in each chamber and configured to introduce the color ink contained in the absorbers and in which a bottom part of one chamber of the chambers positioned at a place corresponding to the area where the ink introducing area of the black cartridge is disposed is constructed to be lower than the bottom parts of the other chambers in a perpendicular direction,
wherein the case of the black cartridge and the case of the color cartridge are constructed such that the position of the ink introducing section of the black cartridge corresponds to the position of a branching part of the T-shaped inner wall of the color cartridge, and
wherein the lid has first ribs configured to press near the center of the black absorber contained in the case of the black cartridge or of the color absorber contained in the case of the color cartridge, and second ribs, being higher than the first ribs, configured to press at least a marginal part of the black absorber or the color absorber, and a part of the second ribs presses a part corresponding to the ink introducing section of the black absorber used for the black cartridge.
