| 1. A fault detection method of a power source that includes a plurality of power source units and a power receiver having
a plurality of power receiving units specified by a plurality of addresses, the method comprising:
supplying a periodic current periodically repeatedly turning on and off from the power source to the power receiver;
judging the power source to be defective when the output voltage of the power source exceeds a specified threshold value;
specifying an address of the power receiver; and
supplying the power receiving unit corresponding to the specified address with a current of an on period of the periodic current
to detect trouble of any power source unit corresponding to each power receiving unit.
