| 1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising
one or more purified flavonoids; and
purified menthol, in a state of purity such that the purified menthol has a direct antiviral effect in vitro on rhinovirus
in WISH cells, or potentiates the antiviral effect in vitro of human interferon -α-2b (Intron A) on rhinovirus in WISH cells.
