1. A method for generating electric substation load transfer control parameters, comprising:
constructing a fundamental scale matrix based on a topology structure of a power grid;
arranging a plurality of sub-matrixes of the fundamental scale matrix on a main diagonal of the fundamental scale matrix based on a magnitude of voltage levels of the plurality of sub-matrixes;
adjusting elements in the fundamental scale matrix to obtain an adjusted scale matrix based on a condition change of the power grid, the elements of the adjusted scale matrix representing number of switching times and risk values of paths between nodes of the power grid;
performing operations on a subset of the adjusted scale matrix to generate the number of switching times and risk values of paths for electric substation load transfer control, which are used as electric substation load transfer control parameters; and
providing a transfer path and associated parameters, the associated parameters corresponding to the number of switching times and risk values for the electric substation load transfer.
