| 1. A method for communicating and preserving creative intent at different phases of a motion picture production cycle comprising
the steps of:
(a) providing an original scene image comprising one of a still image, a computer generated image and a sequence of images
during either the pre-production stage or the production stage;
(b) generating a look representative of a creative intent, wherein the look is a digital representation of a creative alteration
of the captured original scene image;
(c) sharing the look as an image by using a first display device including either a thermal print, an ink jet print, or an
electronic display;
(d) storing the digital representation of the look as a recipe including all of a user's creative choices altering the original
scene image; and
(e) communicating the recipe to a remote site for replication of the look on a second display device.
