| 1. An isolated polynucleotide comprising:
(a) the nucleic acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:25 wherein said sequence comprises at least one of the following modifications:
(i) nucleotide 278 is a T residue instead of a C;
(ii) nucleotide 110 is a T residue instead of a G; or,
(iii) nucleotide 75 is deleted; or
(b) the full complement of (a).
